Right side pain

Ever since last night I've been having a cramping pain in my right side and some back pain. I thought it was trapped gas but I woke up this morning and it's still there. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say it's a 4 or 5. It's not debilitating or anything, just uncomfortable and aches. It feels really similar to when I first became pregnant with my daughter but there's no way it could be implantation this early, is there?? Any idea what it COULD be?? Don't want to visit the Dr for nothing
