Hello ladies help please

Ladies i just need some help , i don't know much about bbt as I'm gonna start doing it , so long story short i was on depo 6 months haven't had a cycle with that , i been taking supplements to balance it out and finally april 28th had a first 6 day cycle , 1 week after had a second cycle ending 5 days .now I'm currently ttc so can someone please explain to me when I can start temping ,? Is it after a cycle ? Mine just ended yesterday from what I'm seeing. Thanks
