Help please

I posted this days ago but nobody answered so I’m posting against bevause I need help. I’m pretty sure I have a yeast infection or something worse bevause i have been itxhy down there for a while it’s been happening for a month or more and Ik itsbad I should have gone to the doctor sooner but I have severe social anxiety and I get very uncomfortable talking about problems down there with anyone especially my mom idk why. I’m worried I might be getting a kidney imfection bevause my right side hurts not constantly but ever now and then it will hurt, but that’s the only symptom other than whatever is wrong down there. I really need to go to the doctor bevause imsupposed to be going on accutane July 11th and I know it can severely hurt the kidneys. My problem that I need help with though is how to ask my mom to go to the doctors. I don’t know how I don’t wanna tell her that I think I have a yeast infection bevause I’m having a hard enough time trying to ask if I can just go to the doctors. Please help me with how to ask. I would prefer to text her while she’s at work opposed to face to face but idk what to text her. She gets off work at 4:30 central so it would be nice if I could get some advice on what to text her before then.
