Peaks, BD and Ovulation

So, when do you BD after your receive your PEAK opk. How often? When does ovulation occur? Irregular cycles for me lead to inconsistency in the app predicting the fertile week. So we BD peak day and midnight the next day. (So between the following and the next day). Thoughts? Advice? Thank you!
