Is this implantation bleeding?

For a week now my progesterone has surged and i’ve dealt with my face breaking out, cramping, sore breasts with really sensitive nipples, on and off nausea, fatigue and starting last night my lower back started to become sore (maybe that one I just pulled a muscle or so but it’s real dull in pain).

Then I started lightly spotting. So far been pink and not red at all. Can only see it when I wipe.

Does this look like the start of af or maybe a possible bfp in a few days??
