Earliest Ultrasound?

I previously had an ectopic pregnancy that was discovered much too late, and led to rupture and the removal of a tube. I have just received news that my first FET beta is positive, and go for my second beta tmw. I won’t believe the news until I know it’s not ectopic. At 10dp5dt hcg was 269.
When was your first ultrasound with your 
IVF clinic to confirm viable pregnancy?

I had 3 betas to make sure my levels were rising before my first ultrasound at 5w4d to check for the gestational sac and yolk sac. Had my next ultrasound at 6w4d to check for the heartbeat.

My first ultrasound was at 5w4d to make sure it was not ectopic. I had low betas that weren’t doubling so my dr was concerned. Normally my clinic does a first ultrasound at 6 weeks.

I had a similar situation to Val, betas at 8, 10, 12dp5dt, then first ultrasound at 5w4d.  This was not a viability ultrasound, it was an ultrasound to check that the pregnancy was in the right place, aka a gestational sac in the uterus.  We saw the gestational sac and yolk sac.  7w is when we had a heartbeat ultrasound at the clinic.
