Baby measuring big

I went for a growth scan last week at 30 weeks and baby has for the most part always measured a week ahead and last week her stomach measured at 33w4d and said she was weighing at 4lbs, i know it’s only an estimate but today when i went to my regular OB appt, they said baby is measuring on the heavy side but aren’t too worried just yet and will keep an eye on it at my next ultrasound next month when I’ll be 34 weeks. I’m getting scared because with my daughter i had to be induced at 41 weeks because she refused to come out on her own, she wasn’t a big baby, only 7lbs but I’m petite I’m 4’9 and currently weigh 146 but i fractured my coccyx during labor with my daughter and had horrible pain for about a year after. I’m terrified to have a bigger baby this time or to go past my due date again and have to end up getting a c section because of the size of baby 😭 any words of wisdom or anyone go thru this
