Reflux baby

Any other mother have a baby with reflux? And what are you doing for it ?

Our days are good because I keep him up for a hour after a feed for his awake time

But at night we’re really struggling. I try and hold him upright for as long as I can but I’m so tired I keep going to fall asleep. And even if it’s 20 minutes and out him down he still 70 percent of the time will wake himself up by spewing and makes that reflux noise and it takes over an hour to get him to sleep

Last night I literally didn’t sleep from 1-6:30 (gave up at 6;30 and let him sleep in bed with me so I could sleep)

I just wish I could feed him and put him down and not have to deal with this all it’s so exhausting. He is asleep when I put him down and the stupid reflux keeps us both up

Also I’ve spoken to my maternal health nurse and she said as long as he is gaining weight and not in extreme pain there’s nothing they’ll do

I am seeing my doctor on Friday so I’ll talk to her also
