Taking over an hour to fall asleep?
Hi Moms! Just wondering if anyone else experienced this. Our LO is a good sleeper / napper. His bedtime is 7:30 (we start at 7:15) and leave the room between 7:30-7:45pm. We read two books, snuggle and then walk out of the room. He does not cry, but he rolls around and cuddles his lovely for an hour (sometimes longer) before falling asleep. He’s almost always asleep by 9pm. He’s usually awake between 6:45-7:15am. He naps 1-3pm. I read that if your child takes longer than an hour to fall asleep, the bedtime needs to be later. Is that really true? I feel like if I put him down later, he would just fall asleep even later. I also don’t want him to get overtired. Could you ladies please share your experiences? Thanks!
