Is it normal to spot after taking myo-inositol?
My period ended 3 days ago, I’ve been taking myo- inositol and d-chiro for 2 days now. Noticing my facial hair isn’t growing back or if it is it’s growing slowly which was a quick change in just a few days of taking it. I’m also experiencing very light pink CM, so maybe a little blood mixed with my CM when I wipe. Is this a part of taking the supplement ?
