7 week ultrasound - empty sac , experiences?

Hi guys,

I’m on my 4th pregnancy right now with 3 previous miscarriages. I had a early ultrasound today at the fertility clinic. My LMP was March 31st. Which would make me around 7 weeks. I didn’t see anything on the ultrasound only a empty space. The dr basically said best case senerio I have my dates wrong and nothing can be seen right now and to come back in a week. She also said it looks like I have a tilted uterus which makes things harder to see

Anyone with similar experiences? I’m looking for a glimpse of hope but really think I’m having another miscarriage / blighted ovum. That’s also the vibe I got from the physician.
