Implant bleeding

Hi ladies. I thought I was coming on my period last night, very light and just there when I wiped essentially, yet today I’ve had barely anything, just the odd brown/pink tinge when I wipe but not every single time. Could this be implantation bleeding? I’ve not had a period for 11 weeks due to PCOS and my last one was so heavy I was off work for a week!
