Hubby blaming me for dog

Long story short, I was bathing our 4 dogs outside while my husband was away. About 20-30 minutes after they were done being bathed they started rough housing. They were running down a hill but its not a drastic decline/drop. Our male husky jumped over one of the other dogs and either fractured or sprained his front paw. I took him to the emergency vet and they gave x-rays but we won't know for sure until tomorrow or Friday if his paw is broke or sprained. My husband said this is my fault because I let them play after their bath, and that I shouldn't let them run down the hill at all or even play with them outside while he's away(wtf). Mind you we have 34 acres and they run everywhere including down hills and up them. When it happened I was actually calling for them, more like yelling at them, cause I wanted to put them in the garage to dry so I could go carpet clean their dog room that stinks. He said it was my negligence that potentially broke our dogs paw and that I didn't critical think. My point that I brought up is if it Rained all day and they went outside to potty and ran(how could I stop them?!) , then they could have easily slipped and fell and broke something. All I was trying to do was bath the dogs and get things done. Now my husband is pissed off at me and continues to keep saying things like "idk what's up with people not thinking" and "there's always something" and "you need to critical think" and it has me feeling like absolute shit about myself. If couldn't be my fault that happened? Or it was because I bathed them and he potentially slipped on the grass? Kinda looked like he got pummeled when he jumped over the dog. Am I wrong and is this my fault 😭🥺🙁
