When you know you know

“When you know you know” that’s what I’ve always been told my whole life but now that I “know” my family is judging me 🤔

I divorced my husband last august for cheating, we had been together since 7th grade (I’m now 25) and everyone told me “when you know you know” well I thought I knew but he was the only person I was ever with so he was just comfortable for me.

Me and my girlfriend have made plans to get married this Saturday after dating for 4 months and my family is saying that it’s too soon and there’s no way we’re going to last.

Well it obviously doesn’t matter how long you’re together because I put years and years into my last relationship and that didn’t work out 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is it because I’m marrying a girl?? I never thought my family would be homophobic but I guess it was never discussed

I was only planning on inviting a few family members because of COVID but now I think we’ll just elope. I don’t know what to do anymore
