False labour or real?

I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant, a couple of days ago I lost some of my mucus plug and since then I've been gradually losing it.( no blood ) Last night I've been getting mild cramping that feels like period pain as well as some discomfort pain in my back. I've tried to change positions to see if the way the baby's laying but it hasn't stopped. Sometimes the pain gets worse then sometimes it goes back to mild cramping, does it sound like false labour signs to you.
