Really big bump around groin area squirted clear, milky red liquid. Help!

I had a bump that was slightly tender that was beginning to heal, but I irritated it a lot because I had an active day and my thigh kept rubbing against it. I got back, showered, and went to look at and accidentally put pressure on some of the skin around it. A little bit of clear, reddish liquid came out and I cleaned it, and then I decided that I should probably get rid of whatever else is in it... I squeezed it a little and I’m not joking when I say some of the liquid shot out before oozing... there was a lot of it. I do get lumps and bumps down there quit often but they’re never that bad 😥 idk what it is and why I get them. I shower everyday and I haven’t been shaving. I’m so insecure about it.
