Please can you recommend a place in Texas for a baby's first ear piercing?

I would wait til there old enough to make there own decision to get there ears done

I'm not in Texas but whenever my daughters decide to get it done we are going to go to a licensed  tattoo/piercing parlor with a licensed tech, definitely not some place at the mall that uses a piercing gun and minimum wage mall employees.
