Advice for labor/being induced?

I’m 37 weeks 4 days, I have an appointment Tuesday to be checked for dilation for the first time. They said if I’m showing no signs of the baby coming on her own they will schedule to induce me for the following week at 39 weeks. Im only 20 and this is my first baby, I’m absolutely terrified of giving birth. 😂 Especially if they have to induce me bc everybody keeps telling me contractions are worse when they induce you. Any advice to help get me through it would be greatly appreciated. I keep reminding myself that women do this everyday so I can do it too but I’m such a baby when it comes to pain.
