All it did for me was give me tons of contractions and aggravated my prodromal labor. Labor was long and hard so it didn't do anything. Taking a pass on it this time round!

Yes raspberry tea is great for labor prep. Just don't start drinking it too early. I think it is recommended 3rd trimester. I started in 2nd and stopped due to alot of braxton hicks. Not sure if the two are related.
