Bleeding After Fingering

Hi girly,

So last night, my boyfriend and I had sex. He started fingering me and he did go a little aggressive but it wasn’t painful or anything. When we finished we noticed there was blood on his shirt and so I went to the bathroom and to make sure everything was good and when I wiped I did notice a little bit of blood as well. I shrugged it off because he did go a little crazy and so I figured it would be gone by the morning. So this morning I wake up to use the bathroom and when I wiped again it was still blood. I already had my period and I’m starting to get a little freaked out! Does anyone know why this is and if I should go to the doctor?
