So confused

So this is my third and every pregnancy has been completely different even at the end few final weeks.

I keep getting contractions that last 2 hours then go away.... yesterday/last night I had wicked contractions in my front and back, and had some really bad ones in the middle of the night that woke me. Then I woke up with wicked lower back pain and super nauseous with 0 energy after getting really good sleep and lots of water. I keep getting a ripping feeling in my cervix... I did call my midwife last night thinking it was happening. And baby has slowed down movements..

Anyone else think labor is soon 😅 or am I giving my hopes up this probably all seems ridiculous 😅 but I never had this with my other 2
