My mom stopped talking to me, what would you do?

my mom has been drinking an getting drunk and says she’ll stop but never does. She promised to watch our dog til we get in our new house, (me and my husband are selling ours) and potential buyers are coming in and out and I have a 9 month old baby so she promised to watch our dog (obviously was probably drunk) and so we went there the other day, and she told me take our dog back. I said I can’t. You promised to watch him til we move in the new place. She started yelling saying I’m a liar she didn’t say that and I was like well you promised. You really don’t want to do anything for me anymore you can’t do something this simple??? She gets drunk make promises and when she’s sober she changes her mind. I took my dog back and she hasn’t spoke to me in 2 days. My son is also sick, with a respiratory infection and she doesn’t even care to check up on him. It’s showing a lot. My husband even asks “wow she didn’t call you?” She usually calls daily. I don’t understand why she’s getting like this. I use to be so close to my mom. Shes my only parent left. My dad passed 4 years ago.. What would you do? She literally cut me off over this.
