Haemorrhaging with second

Hello so I had my daughter back in April 2020 it was my first baby and I haemorrhaged I only lost about 600 ml so it wasn’t the worse haemorrhage ever but it made me very very poorly afterwards I’m currently nearly 21 weeks pregnant with my son and I’m terrified about the haemorrhage. It’s such a shame because I loved giving birth it was the after bit that’s just a worry for me now. My midwife told me that they can try and prevent it this time by giving me the injection to get the placenta as soon as baby comes out and maybe have to put me on a drip again afterwards. Can I hear everyone stories with your haemorrhage did you bleed more or less with your second? Did the midwives manage to prevent the haemorrhage? I want to hear all stories positive and not so positive I just want to know if I have a good chance of them actually preventing it. 💗
