Uti and 7 weeks pregnant

So it’s burning like crazy down there, I pee a whole time a little bit and then the burning disappears for a second but comes back. I’m worried since I’m 7 weeks pregnant and idk if it’s dangerous for my baby. I can’t get any medical help atm so I’m freaking out. I live in Sweden but I’m not a permanent citizen yet. Don’t have my health insurance from the Netherlands since I’m not registered there anymore.. please tips.. help.. I’m probably going back home ASAP but what can I do in the mean time against this UTI ?

Edit: this pregnancy wasn’t planned, and not expected it to happen at all. I’m fixing my things ASAP
