Headaches!!!

For a her a month now I have suffering from headaches. I have seen my dr for blood work which was pretty good except my glucose being low. I am seeing a neurologist next month. Also seeing an ENT dr as soon as I can get in. But the thing I don’t understand is that the headaches aren’t the same. Sometimes it’s just a dull ache in the front of my head. Sometimes it’s a sharp headache. Sometimes I just have random stabbing pains. Pressure. Heavy eyes. When you have migraines can the headache vary like this? Or is most likely different things causing the different headaches? Also forgot to mention I sometimes have neck pain and dissociation.
