Herpes

I have herpes down there n abt a month ago I got cuts inside of my vagina like when you open the lips I guess that’s where they’re at n I usually get them by my whole but they haven’t gone away n everytime I pee or wipe it burns after even if I shower when I’m drying up n I wipe down there it burns. At first I thought it was maybe the sex bc after I had sex it would burn but it’s after everything. Is it just the herpes that causes that or could it be something else..I take my pills too ever since I noticed the cuts.
