Weaning bottles at daycare, help!

So my daughter turns 1 in a few days and she still gets 3 5oz bottles of breast milk at daycare.

How would I got about dropping those bottles completely when they start serving her whole milk with her meals and snack? Should I drop them completely or drop one at a time?

Daycare sis she is an excellent eater and always cleans her plate at breakfast, snack and lunch. She sometimes leaves an 1-2 oz in her last bottle of the day.

I plan on weaning from breast feeding as well so I will no longer be pumping or nursing to maintain, if that makes a difference
