Is this safe while breastfeeding? I’ve been having a little cold Sore throat and mucus cough.. or what else is safe while breastfeeding.

Ehhhh, I wouldn’t. My go-to while breastfeeding and pregnant was jalapeños. They will clear your sinuses, and numb your throat.

Anything with a decongestant in it risks affecting your supply.  Lots of hot honey water with fresh ginger to clear the sinuses is the way to go imo

Maybe try some Tylenol cold products that is what I took whenever I was sick and didn't affect my supply and it's safe.

I’d ask your pharmacist. Some mediations you have to be careful with because even if they are “safe” they can reduce your milk supply. Definitely ask your pharmacist
