When did you ladies BD to conceive ?

I been trying to TTC for the past 7 months and no luck yet. I’ve tried every other day during my fertile window and on my ovulation day also 4 days in a row using OPKs and 1 day before my ovulation and my day of ovulation.. idk what else to try to help. I’m currently taking multivitamin and pink stork prenatal vitamins.. how did you ladies conceive? 2 days before, all week during fertile window, day of ovulation and after? I been hearing so many different ways.. any tips I can have will definitely help me and I’ll appreciate it from you ladies.. when did you ladies BD and conceive?? Update* I’m still currently using OPKs and since Monday it has been my fertile window but my husband has been working night shift and comes home super tired so we haven’t had a chance to BD so I feel like my chances for this month are gone hopefully today we can BD. Since Monday I been tracking my days and it currently shows low so idk what to think anymore.. what should I do??
