Mouth Sores, fatigue, and discharge

After a trichomoniasis diagnosis from a one night stand in January, I’ve been experiencing mouth sores, vaginal discharge/ discomfort, and petechiae on skin. The mouth sores come and go and they tend to be painful. As a kid I used to get cold sore but never within my mouth until since everything started happening. Ive been to the doctors multiple times and no one can give me an explanation because all my test come back negative/ blood work normal. Obviously except for hsv1 (I’ve had since I was a child) The vaginal pains might be vulvodynia but I don’t understand how that would contribute to the mouth sores and petechiae on my body. If anyone has heard of these symptoms or have an explanation please let me know. Thanks
