Allergies
So i have pretty bad allergies, and just used some nasal spray and then googled if it was safe (after using it 🤦🏽‍♀️), and don’t like what i’m finding. Any advise? I’m 4+5 for reference and a FTM so anything/everything scares me that i put into my body!
