Leaking at night, do you wear a bra to bed?
Do you wear a bra to bed? FTM and I’ve noticed that at night my breast will leak some prior to a feeding. I don’t want to have to wear a bra all day 🙃 but should I? I read a preventative way to avoid mastitis is to avoid compressing the breast or wearing something too tight. It be great to let my boobies be free without having a wet shirt the whole day 😝 if you do wear a bra to bed, share your suggestions on the comfiest bra for sleeping please!
