Question

I breastfeed/pump full time and this appeared today. It’s a little warm to the touch, but there is no lump.
Is this a clogged duct or mastitis?
What am I supposed to do?

Massage your breast and make baby nurse extra on that side to see clog the duct.

It’s definitely  a clog could be leading to mastitis. You do notttt want that to happen.!!
Grab these two items immediately! Both on amazon! They are life savers for thinning out milk and helping with clogs.
Also use an electric toothbrush or vibrator on that spot to break up any clogs!
Hot hot showers and massaging that area like crazy.
