Weight gain

Hii all im trying to not gain weight on my abilify and sertaline (zoloft) anyone have any good ideas that may have worked for them ? I'm trying not to consume to many calories yesterday I splurged but today I've come to the realization that this medication works for me but comes with some extra lbs if I'm not mindfull. Wich I've gained some lbs already but nothing crazy 5 give or take . I also know it could add up not watching. Please give me some tips if you were on this med or if your into fitness and healthy eating...give me info please 🙏
