Im 10 weeks pp and recently my stomach has been hurting soo so bad. I also have a weird smell down there wich isnt fishy but ive never had before. It goes away after i shower but the next morning its there again. Also i didnt have a 6 week checkup because my ob said they were only taking care of me during my pregnancy due to my insurance and it was a whole problem soo idk
