Does anybody think I should go to a dentist or knows what this is?. My bottom teeth bleed everytime I brush them and the gums are loose around my teeth

Sounds like gingivitis or some other periodontal disease. Go to the dentist and have them look at it. Of it doesn't get fixed the gums will recede and your tooth nerve/root can get exposed which can permanently damage the tooth and would need a tissue graft to fix it. The dentist will prescribe an antibiotic prescriptions mouthwash to help fix it.
