Ovulation or what?

I had sex last May 6, according to Glow I was ovulating. Then came May 24-26 with painful cramps few days before the said date, I only had dark blood clots. It was my 1st month off the pill. Now I am experiencing headaches, left pelvic dull mild pain and acnes are resurfacing especially on my chin and surrounding my lips. Glow says I am 8 days before ovulation. Could these be pill withdrawal effects or signs of ovulation? It cant be pregnant tho. Since I was taking BCP, my period has always been blood clots and has always been 3 days long.
