2ww symptoms

Hi everyone i just want to share what's going on with me last cycle i was tracking my ovulation until the day i got my af that cycle around 8dpo i started to have spotting to the point i thought i have implantation bleeding but it get heavier and a lot of cramping until my af came up ,,this cycle i am 11dpo no cramps...just a twinges and pulling and more gassy i took the test around 9dpo and it was negative...i wonder why i didn't have a lot of cramps this cycle...
