Working from home.

Ka

For the sake of discussion, I'm curious what you all would do. I have been given the opportunity to work from home permanently at my job. We've been at home since Covid hit. We can either work from home or do a hybrid schedule where you can work up to 4 days at home and one day in the office. I decided to WFH 100% of the time, and I'm only one out of a few people in my entire region who decided to stay home! I'm honestly shocked. Since sooo many people are always looking for jobs working from home, I thought there would be a lot more. People keep asking me what I'm doing and when I tell them I'm not coming back they're shocked.

It was a tough choice because we do have an onsite gym at work which I miss so much, but I do just fine working out at home. I also do miss seeing my coworkers but then I think about having to get up, get dressed, get Jaxson to daycare and go into the office all day and I just can't do it anymore 🤣 I love being able to do laundry, clean, start dinner and workout during my workday! I also love not having to commute and not spending money on gas, and especially not driving in the winter! And I take naps on my lunch sometimes.

So I'm just curious what you would do if given the opportunity to work from home or do a hybrid schedule?
