I recently just had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and 6 days and I’m starting to think I’m pregnant again

. I’m not sure whether this is hormones from the miscarriage but I have yet to get a period yet. My boobs are sore, my back hurts, I get headaches, peeing a lot, I’m not eating as much as I used to and I can’t sleep, nausea. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they were positive. Also I’ve been getting a reddish/brownish discharge with no odors,burning, itching. I’ve been tested for STD’s and I tested negative.
