Arguing 5 weeks pregnant

My husband and I arguing on and off the whole day and Ive felt that since then my pregnancy symptoms are disappearing.... can this cause a miscarriage overnight and so quickly? I am scared because I had a MMC last year around 5 weeks. My boobs are not as sore as they were the day before and I’m definitely not nauseas at all. Didn’t really have much of that anyways
