38 weeks is baby developed enough?

Baby will be ok ? I think I’m starting early labor however I’m only 38 weeks will baby be developed enough? I’m scared! First timer here. Going to make a call to doctors office.

Baby will be fine my baby was born at 36 weeks and she is fully developed she didn't need any NICU she is perfectly fine and was discharged on the second day.
