Dog is fine, thanks for the comments. 
She had called a vet and they told her she had to call poison control and when she called poison control they told her it would be $65 to speak to someone to let her know if she had to take her in or not. 😣
My cousins dog chewed on this... should she take her in to the vet to get checked asap? Or should she just monitor her?

When in doubt, CALL a vet and explain the situation. They will advise you.

You can call the 24hr vet and tell them how much he ingested and what type and they can tell you but they usually just tell you to hydrate them and watch to see if they become lethargic. But he should be fine just watch for no food intake, less movement, and if his nose becomes dry and is dehydrated

Call poison control. They have licensed toxicologist that can tell you if treatment is necessary. If appropriate your veternarian will use that information from the case to treat.
