Foul Odor, Watery Discharge???

My husband and I hooked up with my BFF when we were drunk last weekend for the first time and I engaged in lesbian sex with her.

It’s now been 4 days since then and the last 2 days I’ve been having AWFUL vaginal odor and watery/runny discharge.

Then today I started having bad cramping, exactly like period cramps, and pink discharge every time I wipe.

Ill attach a photo of my cycle status. My last real period was April 18-22nd. I didn’t get an actual period only spotting last time.

I have an IUD so I don’t think I’m pregnant.

Any thoughts on what it could be? I’m afraid of an STD😭
