6 weeks, Little to no symptoms??

Question

I’m six weeks and I barely have any symptoms. This worries me, I’m constantly taking pregnancy tests to confirm that I’m still pregnant. I have my first appointment next week, and I’m anxious. So the little symptoms I do have are slight cramping and slight breast tenderness nothing to where I’m like super sensitive to touch. Am I the only one with little to no symptoms?

Im 7 weeks tomorrow and nothing really here!!! Sore boobs in the mornings and evenings and maybe a touch of nausea when I get hungry but other than that, nothing.

This happened to me 80% of my last pregnancy with my twins I had no symptoms and I kept saying to my doctor why am I not having any sickness, my boobs don’t hurt, no heartburn. She was like that’s good you are one of the lucky ones. I said no that freaks me out and makes me scared ￼

I’m 7 weeks today with my 3rd baby. I go for my first appt next week. I will say that I also have no symptoms (except maybe a little fatigue but I have an almost 3 year old and a 1 year old so that is par for the course). But I also didn’t have any symptoms with the first 2 ... so maybe you’re just one of the lucky ones! Fingers crossed! Good luck!

7w5d & Same here. Started out with bloating and breast tenderness...started to get morning sickness and that passed. 
Tryin to just be grateful but also trying not to worry.
