Significant other says..

My significant other says he wants to have sex really soon. Okay, well my medication drops my libido. I have anxiety and depression, and we’re going through therapy together for ways to help me. But he brought up today that he wants to have sex soon, and that our relationship kind of depends on it? Like he’s not just telling me that so he can cum. But like, so we can be intimate. I am never in the mood, and we’ve been together for almost 7 years and we have our own apartment together. I’m still a student in college, my senior year, and he’s already graduated. I can’t handle the stress of this.

What should I do?

Edit: we’re sexually active, just not as much Bc I’m on this medication.
