How often did your LO get sick from daycare ?

The first time your little one started day care, how often did they get sick and when did that eventually sorta stop? My son has been in daycare for only about 2 months and he’s been sick twice already 😩😩😩

My experience was with a preschool not a daycare but when my daughter was 2.5 years old & started going to preschool 2 days a week she would get sick at least once a month for a few days at a time all the way up until they went remote due to Covid, so basically from Sept. to Feb. 
This year her school has been completely outdoors & she wears a mask & she has had only had 2 short mild colds, no idea yet if next school year will be indoors or not if it is that will be the true test of her immune system

My daughter goes to a small in home day care and she’s maybe gotten 3 cold and a stomach bug in one year. My friend sends her daughter to a larger center and it’s like every other week she’s sick. I think a lot of it has to do with the facility and the age range.
