Current ultrasound pic VS miscarriage ultrasound pic

So hubby brought me my ultrasound from my pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. It’s crazy to see such a difference when these ultrasounds were taken at the same time after a year and a half. I’m hoping this is a good sign. The heartbeat of 120 seems to be good. You can see the ‘bean’ better and the black area is bigger! I read up to see what the black is and it’s apparently the amniotic fluid.

I hope this is a good sign!!
