Puked so hard I popped blood vessels!

I didn’t even know this was possible and honestly gave myself a bit of an anxiety attack afterwards not knowing what it was. I had a very violent vomit session and afterwards noticed my face and neck covered in red dots! After some internet research and my husband coming home from work I was calm enough to figure out what was actually going on. Popped blood vessels from the retching. My tonsils are also now red and my voice is very hoarse. Anyone else vomit like their life depends on it?…. Or is it just me 😩
