pill and stress

i’m on the pill and my last week of bc is a sugar week where my period is supposed to start. it hasn’t started yet and i’m kinda scared that i’m pregnant but i’ve taken two tests and they’re both negative. could this be because of stress? my boyfriend left for the army and i’ve started classes back again recently. also, what do i do if i don’t start before my new pill pack?
